Recording an archive of a changing landscape. Going underground into the Woolwich Foot Tunnel. I also spoke to Bill, who is employed by the council and works for Woolwich and Greenwich Foot Tunnels. Bill used to be a lift operative, when they were manned all opening hours, and spent many days operating the lifts and ensuring that the public had a safe crossing through the tunnel.
